Refund policy

At Kapo Art & Design, every piece is created with care. Please read the policy below as it differs by product type.

Original Canvas Art Each canvas piece is an original, one-of-a-kind work of art. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, provided the artwork is returned in its original condition and packaging. Please contact me before initiating a return so that I may provide return shipping instructions.

If your artwork arrives damaged in transit, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging. I will work with you to find a fair resolution.

Phone Cases and wearable Merch may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, provided they are returned in their original condition. To initiate a return, please contact me within 14 days of receiving your order.
